A few steps after you will find the open space kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room with capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave, and all the basic appliances needed for a day-to-day kitchen.

On a slightly lower level is the living room, decorated in shades of blue and grey, with fireplace and TV, the shutters open directly onto the patio, barbecue, and pool area.
Going up the steps of the living room and continuing along the corridor you will find a service bathroom and two other bedrooms both with pleasant areas, equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower and, with direct exit to the property's garden.

The social area of the house is very pleasant, the sunny pool is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sitting and relaxing.
